Analyze the quarterbacks, question playcalling and point to turnovers all you want. Ineffective line play is the key for Iowa - and every other football team. A clunker of a loss, despite a defense that played winning football.
And a few minutes on Cedar Rapids Prairie being sent on an 8-hour round trip for the playoffs.

The essence of how the feeling of some fans toward the coach shifts so rapidly:
He was speaking about P.J. Fleck before Saturday's game. But in 30 seconds, Minnesota play-by-play voice @MikeGrimm3 could have been talking about Kirk Ferentz or any other coach.

Seats at Madison bars at a premium.
#Badgers volleyball and football's home games have unfortunate timing as they overlap with the #Brewers' first two games of the World Series.

Today's Iowa QB depth chart for Minnesota game. Possible outcomes?
1. Brown starts, does well, keeps the job.
2. Hecklinski starts, does well, keeps the job.

Now that Brady Street Stadium has a new name, should Kingston Stadium be next?
Prep squads aim for playoffs, and determining qualifiers wasn't always this easy.
Stellar football weekend, even without Iowa and Iowa State.

Interesting.
The stadium in Davenport has been known as Brady Street Stadium since 1948. Now it is Roger Craig Stadium.
Would you endorse Kingston Stadium in Cedar Rapids (opened in 1952) being renamed? If so, what would it be?

- Batting averages have dipped. Mph on fastballs are up. Any coincidence?
- Brewers-Dodgers: Ohtani's struggles ... Murphy's Law ... Use of Misiorowski ... Dodger experience.
- Guardians-Rays: Underrated series ... Ramirez impact ... Destined for 7 games.

Hecklinski playing a nice game but Mary Ferentz perhaps could’ve completed his 3 touchdown passes, the receivers being that wide open.
