Been saying this. Is Kentucky one of the best 5 teams in the country? I'm not sure. But by all the metrics the CFB Playoff Committee uses, yes they are.
I've covered games at Bama, Georgia and SC. Those stadiums are super loud. LSU stays in Top 5 as does either Auburn/A&M.
The 3 I mentioned have to be up there.
This is easy. I was at MSG when the Rangers won The Stanley Cup in June, 1994.

I bought the "Killers" record at Cut Corner Records in Lexington KY in 1981. I had never heard Motorhead, so I hadn't heard a band play that fast. I liked Dianno, but I said to friends "if Iron Maiden gets a lead singer, it's over." They did, and it was. 🤘

On This Day in Metal October 26, 1981
45 years ago today, Bruce Dickinson made his live debut with Iron Maiden at the Palasport in Bologna, Italy, replacing original vocalist Paul Di’Anno during the Killers World Tour.
Two legendary voices. Two very different eras of Iron Maiden.
Paul Di’Anno brought a raw, gritty attitude to the early years, while Bruce Dickinson brought his powerful, soaring vocals that would become a defining part of Maiden’s sound.
So let’s settle the debate…
Who do you think was the better singer for Iron Maiden, Paul Di’Anno or Bruce Dickinson?

Doing a deep dive into Green Day the last few days.
Those dudes have written ALOT of really good songs, not just Dookie and American Idiot.
They've changed their sound dramatically since the early punk days. A lengthy discography that holds up. Not a good band, a GREAT band.
Really enjoying Jamal Crawford tonight on Pistons/Knicks.
He doesn't start talking the nano- second Mike Tirico finishes his call. He doesn't talk every play. Lets it flow. As a fan, I dig it.
As a UK alum, let's pump the brakes folks. On the other hand, Go Cats!

Matt for the win.

That's right. I'm reposting non stop. Go CATS!

It's tough being known as primarily a football school.

Every time I see one of these, it almost doesn't register.
I stare at it, and tilt my head like a dog watching TV.
