🚨 PESSOAL, URGENTE! 📢 Não caiam nessa!
Há uma DESONESTIDADE ABSURDA da imprensa: TODOS estão vendendo o Imposto Seletivo ("imposto do pecado") como algo novo, uma criação deste governo Lula.
NÃO É VERDADE! O imposto seletivo JÁ EXISTE dentro do IPI (que obrigatoriamente é seletivo, ou seja, adota alíquotas maiores para produtos mais prejudiciais - como carro movido a gasolina, cigarro, bebidas alcoólicas, etc) e do ICMS (que pode ser seletivo, à opção de cada estado)!
Como com a Reforma Tributária o governo está extinguindo 5 tributos (!!), inclusive o IPI e o ICMS, foi preciso criar uma figura que fizesse esse papel extrafiscal de tributar mais os bens nocivos. E quem fará esse papel será o Imposto Seletivo!
Aproveitando: Outra MANIPULAÇÃO DESCARADA da imprensa tem sido encher manchetes alarmando "novos impostos do governo" (o IBS e a CBS). Só que esses "novos impostos" são os únicos 2 que estão entrando no lugar de 5 que estão sendo extintos (IPI, ICMS, PIS, COFINS e ISS)! Ou seja, saem 5 impostos e entram 2 no lugar. E esses 2 que entram são praticamente idênticos (por isso que muita gente os chama de "IVA Dual"). A maior diferença entre eles é que a arrecadação de um (CBS) ficará para a União/ governo federal (em substituição ao PIS, COFINS e IPI) e de outro (IBS) ficará para estados e municípios (em substituição ao ICMS estadual e ao ISS municipal). É uma simplificação tributária que o setor produtivo e a sociedade brasileira cobram há 60 anos! Mas como é de Lula/Haddad, a imprensa PODRE tem vendido como "novos impostos" pra dar ideia de prejuízo à população.
E a nova agora: a Reforma Tributária tem sido debatida desde 2023... Começou a ser regulamentada em 2025 (quando todos os principais contornos dela foram expostos) e continuou em 2026. Pelo calendário divulgado em 2023, ela entrou em testes neste ano de 2026 e já começaria a valer em 2027, com a extinção de PIS, COFINS e IPI. Só que o empresariado agora resolveu dizer que não teve tempo ainda... Como isso impacta você e o governo? Dentre os pontos da Reforma está a alíquota ZERO pra Cesta Básica de Alimentos (inclusive destacada como conquista na campanha eleitoral de Lula)! Com o início da Reforma em 2027, os alimentos já teriam diminuição de preços com a CBS zerada. Mas, se a vontade dos empresários prosperar, isso ficará só pra 2028! E o pobre que continue pagando mais!

🐒: I’m actually scared of ghosts too. But if carrying a lucky charm could give me an accurate sixth sense, I’d choose to see them. I think it would be a challenge.

🐦🔥: I agree. But I also think the power to ward off evil would be good for the world. If we really had that power, we could be heroes and save people. It’s a bit like Mae Kru—she helps people. We could use that ability to help others too.
