3 months ago, I sold my 1st company, Skio, for $105M cash. Now my 2nd company, Icon, just raised $30M to launch something the world has never seen. For $1000, we make 6 human creator ads (no AI, 100% real). We find creators, ship products, write scripts, & edit videos. It's risk-free: - Full refund if you don't love your ads. - You don't pay until you review 6 scripts. - Unlimited human revisions. Today, Icon introduces the world's first Agency. We're not building a normal agency: - We bought a $12M domain. - We're backed by Founders Fund and OpenAI + Google DeepMind leaders. It’s impossible to hire a creative team like ours for even $30K/mo: - Creative Directors who've worked with $100M brands (IM8, Obvi, Ridge). They update our format library daily based on winning ads (street interviews, skits, & 20+ more). - 12+ scriptwriters with $80M in Meta adspend. - 200+ in-house editors who've edited 100K ads. One more thing... We're giving away our internal Google Drive with 1000 winning ads that have driven $100M+ in revenue. You can make $100K copying these ads if you know what you're doing. Want the Google Drive? 1. Retweet this post. 2. Comment "icon". 3. DM me this post’s link & I'll DM you back with the Google Drive. [Bonus] Get 3 free human creator ads if you do the above and we end up working together.

Thinking of getting more active here again. Who are some people I should follow? Interested in anything business, marketing and creativity related :)

I built a zero-person AI newsletter business that did $2,000+ in revenue last month. No team. No payroll. No freelancers. Just 4 AI agents running the entire operation (and I spend less than 4 hours a week on it). Here's how the system works: → A CEO agent sets the vision and orchestrates every hire → A Growth Engineer scrapes local news, Reddit, and event venues into a daily JSON database → A Content Director reads that database, curates the best events, and writes every Thursday newsletter in my voice → A Sales Director fields every ad lead, generates ad creative with nano banana, and closes deals over email → All orchestrated through Paperclip AI & powered by Claude Code Spokane Pulse (my local newsletter) now has 6,662 subscribers and a 47.5% open rate, almost double the industry average. Local newsletters are quietly printing money. Naptown Scoop does $320K/year. Wichita Life clears six figures. The model is wide open in almost every city, especially when building it in an AI-native way. If you want the full blueprint and step-by-step walkthrough video, Like, RT, and comment "PULSE" (must be following so I can dm you) I'll send you the exact Paperclip AI company export I use to run Spokane Pulse. You can clone it, swap in your city, and ship.

People like to ask their audience "What's your most unpopular opinion?" It's always "Pineapple pizza is morally acceptable" or silly stuff like that. Who's going to share what's in the darkest depths of their soul???

Most people who learn how to be a better writer end up sounding like every other person who learned how to be a "better writer". If you learn how to be funny, your authentic self is more likely to come out. At least that's what I think. Could be bullshit, I'm just some guy on X

I'd love to hear what customers say about your work. Reply with a testimonial from one of them. I'll share this tweet with my 40,000 newsletter subscribers so more people learn about the value you provide. (If you RT this, that will help even more people see it!) Here's a testimonial I got from @mizmaclean who recently booked a Clarity Call with me: “I am very wary of coaching-style calls. They’ve often been too generic, woo-woo, or theoretical to be useful. I need to be reasonably confident I will walk away with a plan of action, but I got several great outcomes from my Clarity Call with Josh: • The ability to reframe opportunities that were hiding in plain sight • The calling out of choices that were directly getting in my way • Crystal clear language on the who and what of my business. The call was dialed in to give me exactly what I needed: Hyper-specific clarity and direction. The framework and notes made it actionable and removed the fatigue that comes with ambiguity. I would absolutely recommend a Clarity Call to others.”

Yesterday, I gained 11 followers. It may not be much to you, BUT: They're all beautiful women who think I'm handsome and offered me to have a sexy chat via webcam. Keep grinding.

If you're making a video or writing about someone doing something weird/embarrassing/crazy, here's how you can make it a lot funnier: Have at least one "normal" person observing the situation and reacting to it. The reaction is often funnier than the thing itself.

Remember that every word counts. Like, every one of them. Each word that you use! Cut as much as possible. Don't waste your reader's time is what I'm trying to say. There is not point in making it longer than necessary. Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is be concise.

I've listened to so much of @lexfridman that at this point, I feel closer to Lex Fridman than I feel close to my realistic blow-up doll of Lex Fridman.

I remember reading about a study that showed that being funny makes others more willing to pay higher prices. For more tips on how to make this happen, please wire me 10 BTC.

First day in Armenia. I tried to communicate at the pharmacy saying I needed a cream for something on my nose, and the only thing she said that I understood was: "Ah! Herpes?" (but it's extra funny because in Russian they pronounce it "Gerpes") – at Armenia

Making a speech? You're more likely to be liked if you make fun of your vulnerabilities instead of trying to look cool.
