There’s a legitimate discussion to be had about this #FreeSpeech issue, but this hearing certainly isn’t it. Rs are using it to play the victim and lash out at tech. What a waste.
This @HouseJudiciary is making me nervous. You can certainly argue with how companies are moderating their platforms, but members of this Committee seem to have a real interest in curbing our First Amendment rights. #FreeSpeech

The #SESTA hearing is perpetuating a false dichotomy: pass SESTA or let sex traffickers run rampant online. There are other paths forward.
