Yaxel Lendeborg on what he learned in the first three games of his career: “It’s tough in the NBA to win, you know. It’s like, in college, you’ll dwell over the loss for a little while. Like, right now, I’m very defeated. I feel like we can’t buy a win for nothing, but we have a game in two days. So I just got to try to flush it out of my system. Maybe dwell for an hour or so and just worry about the next. So, I mean, that’s something I definitely have to get adjusted with, and just figuring out ways to be effective everywhere else.” (via @DuaneRankin)

Yaxel Lendeborg on going to the line 12 times tonight which is something Jimmy Butler is particularly good at: “Yeah, just seeing the way the NBA is, man, I guess a lot of fouls, a lot of free throws. So, I mean, I think I got to just adapt to what this is evolving to be. I’m going to learn all the sweep-throughs and all the bump and flops. Eventually, I’m going to get good at it and be able to shoot as many free throws as possible.”
