Сейчас открыт к новым возможностям: Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Tech Lead.

Observability 1.0 is about MTTR, MTTD, reliability, errors...how you operate your app and fix issues. Observability 2.0 is about how you ✨develop✨your app. Which means you need to understand things like how your code works and how people use it -- and not just when it breaks.
framing it as a debugging tool solely is a bit off it's about understanding both the macro of your application (latencies, error rates, etc.), and also the micro: following a single user or process and seeing (not guessing) what happened now you can use that information for anything, from fixing bugs to performance improvement to deciding which features to build next

Replying to @TeroMknen
I'd generally recommend the "docs as code" approach ... Markdown/AsciiDoc files (1 per decision) in version control next to the code, published to other locations (e.g. Jira, SharePoint, etc) by your build pipeline if required.
