Such epic shots, Captains!!
For the September 19 #StarbornSaturday, we traded detail for shape and let the silhouettes tell the story.
Submissions featured bold outlines, bright skies, and a lot of Captains knew exactly where to stand.
Recap videos (1&2) attached.

Mass Effect was my ultimate white whale, my all-time dream project. For the last couple years I'd been in discussion w/ BioWare & EA to take on the project & as part of that I wrote close to 20 minutes of music to explore where the franchise can go next, may as well share it!

Catherynne Valente named the Keelah Si'yah quarian ark in Mass Effect Annihilation and she was working on Mass Effect 5/Universe 💔

Alright. My plan is to release the re-scored Mass Effect Universe trailer for N7 Day. A little tight, since I'm a bit busy pitching for a new game, but I'll see what I can do! I don't wanna rush it, and I want it to properly represent my musical vision for MEU.

This is our Suicide Mission.
EA shut down BioWare. Cancelled Mass Effect. Figured we'd quietly walk away.
Instead:
🔴 236,000+ signatures in 6 days
🔴 A #SaveMassEffect billboard in Times Square
🔴 Both Commander Shepards in our corner
🔴 The Expanse devs joining the fight
🔴 Mass Effect's own composers speaking up
The Reapers underestimated us too.
Your mission, Commander:

The closest I’ll ever get to being up in lights in Times Square, I suppose.
Look twice: That phrase isn’t Keelah Se’Lai.
It’s the other Quarian prayer. The one I created for #MassEffect Annihilation and name of my ship.
Not “by the homeworld I hope to see one day” but “by the homeworld I hope to find one day.”
I remember sitting right where I am now and crafting it out of scraps of Quarian grammar and my dusty linguistics degree.
Don’t mind me, I’m just having a lot of feelings right now…
Liked so many, all the way back to Wastelanders! But, I'm a C.A.M.P. builder at heart lol. So of course C.A.M.P. revamp was a solid fave for me.
