Can we normalize asking God to heal the parts of us that keep sabotaging the blessings we prayed for.

And yes, I do believe the friendships you form in your early years are often rooted in proximity, while the ones you form in adulthood are rooted in alignment.

I’m not going back and forth with somebody whose first congratulations in their life came from having a baby

I love David because he was so brutally honest with God about his feelings. He didn’t pretend to have it all together. He cried, questioned, felt afraid, angry and discouraged, yet he kept bringing it all back to God. That reminds me that I don’t have to hide my feelings from Him either. I can come as I am, pour out my heart, ask the hard questions and still trust Him. God can handle the messy prayers too. 🤍

I want my baby to be made from real love. Not because we were careless or had a mistake. I want to look at my child and know they came from two people who genuinely chose each other. ❤️

I heard someone say, “You have too much history with God to act like this chapter is where He suddenly stops being faithful” 😭

I want my relationship with God to exist beyond emergencies. It's easy to pray when life hurts. I also want to remember gratitude, quietness, and conversation when life is going well.
