If you are self-isolating in the local area (Rosyth/Dunfermline) and in need of anything (groceries / medication / a lift to the doctor) please get in touch – I’d be happy to help if I can. For free, of course. Please feel free to share locally. #viralkindness

Dear Twitter folks - I just created a TrustPilot profile and wondered if you might be so kind as to pop over there and write a quick review (but only if I've genuinely done some work for you in the past - no fake reviews, if you please). Thank you kindly. uk.trustpilot.com/review/may…

I bought a record. For the first time in, like, 20 years. I forgot how beautiful they are. Almost as beautiful as the music within. Top job @IAMKP and @IngeThomson

🚲On 1st Sept, our generous supporter Paul rallied together a team of 27 family & friends to Loch Leven where they cycled more than 500 miles to fundraise in memory of Paul's wee nephew, James. Well done team - what a phenomenal achievement! Thank you so much for your support.💜
