Thank you for all the support & comments after my fight last night with Joey Essex on @MisfitsBoxing . I’m emotional because I know what EVERYONE around me had to put into the last month for that fight, my coach, sparring partners, the gym, my team, my friends, the in-laws & my amazing wife. Taking that on 3 1/2 weeks notice, being older, less fit and clearly the underdog became a real mental battle. But those battles in my head luckily I’m very experienced in. If you’ve gone through struggles in your life and in your head, you are equipped with strength you don’t even know you have. And it fell on world mental health day. @SessionsTheFilm is out Nov 26, premiere released next week! I’ve missed the kids terribly, & I’m tierd, but proud. I really hope it inspires someone & people can see I gave it my all, all I wanted to do was showcase some good boxing and a big heart. You are stronger than you think.
