He hasn’t seen anything yet. We will fully mobilize the Yorubas against him. Eventually, he will return to Anambra where he is truly loved and belongs to.
We despise him with everything in us. He is not part of us.

Imagine an anchor suggesting the President shouldn't build roads in the North because people there don't own cars.
How do these people think?
Who puts these people on TV?

This clown is now practicing as a doctor in France.
The state subsidized his medical practice only for him to serve the French people. The country did not benefit from training him, the people did not benefit from training him. Investment down the drain with zero interest.
Let me explain this to you assuming you have a brain to comprehend it.
Before Tinubu came, you don’t need a loan to attend a federal university.
Tinubu himself (during their days) attended university FREE. They even gave them food.
During my years, got Admission into OAU in 2004. I paid 2,450 as school fees. I received bursary (free money). For the state, it’s about 5,000 and the federal is around that range.
So the loan you’re celebrating was given to us free in multiple folds.
That’s why people like me are Sad when I see you celebrating your Captivity.
What Tinubu did was, he made school fees price unbearable and made you indebted with nothing to show for it.

Rilwan Olawale recorded himself tearing APC campaign posters in Lagos, made inflammatory statements, and tagged the DSS. That is the height of recklessness.
Destroying another political party’s campaign materials is wrong, full stop. Doing it on camera for social media validation, while daring a security agency, is even worse. The online voices that encouraged the performance will move on. He will deal with the consequences.
His own lawyers have stated that the reported DSS arrest relates to a WhatsApp message to the INEC REC of Lagos that was interpreted as a threat. The poster video and the detention are separate issues. Neither justifies taking the law into one’s own hands.
Wrong is wrong! Unfortunately no responsible adult on that side is calling it out.
As theg say, "You play foolish games, you win stupid prizes".
Do your politics, but be civil.
How convenient of you people to rewrite history with inaccurate data. Learn to be more accurate.
The sudden, over hundred thousand naira increase in tuition happened under Fashola, where fees were hiked from ₦25,000 to between ₦193,750 and ₦348,750 depending on the faculty.
It was Fashola himself who had to capitulate and completely retract it back to the flat ₦25,000 rate in August 2014 after intense student resistance.
If the data you failed to get correctly was the one of the increment from ₦250 to ₦25,000, that move was absolutely necessary.
Funding a university on ₦250 was completely unsustainable, heavily starved the campus of operational revenue, and made it impossible to maintain basic infrastructure without making a structural change.
And the increment matched a period where average household income and minimum wages were significantly rising, making it completely realistic for parents to afford.
While I’m not saying sudden increments are good, do we honestly expect to modernize and improve our education system using the exact same old pricing that caused it to deteriorate in the first place?
So where did you get the data that school fees increased from 11k to 150k in 2004?? so when you’re quoting history make sure you do it right 🤞 don’t play with numbers blindly, quoting numbers is not meant for everyone.
20yrs ago while a student of Lasu, at the close of 2004/2005academy sessions,Tinubu then was the Lagos state governor suddenly woke up and told “LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY “ he had given them full AUTONOMY to generate their own funds that he can’t fund the university, new school fees went from 11k to over 150k overnight.
Lasu was closed down due to student protests,he doesn’t care and called us all kinds of names but we fought harder until Fashola came and then reversed his decisions, today he gave you NELFUND and increased school fees that normally your parents can afford and yet you think he cooked?.

Dear @ayomairoese
Before you come on TV to postulate and make irrational statements find a primary school pupil around you,ask the kid to teach you “STATES and CAPITAL”.
After you’ve learnt it ask one of the people in your studio to teach you the functions of Federal, State and Local Governments.

Quality education is not cheap.
You can't pay ₦50K a year and expect quality education.
Look at the facts...
Country, percentage of students on loans, number of students on loans, and amount disbursed.
🇳🇬 - 60%-1.4 Million students ~N250B
🇺🇸 - 47%-44 Million students - $1.8T
🇬🇧 - 95%-6 Million students - £267B
🇨🇦 - 51%- 650,000 students - $28B
🇦🇺 - 80%-3 Million students -$53B
🇯🇵 - 50%- 1.2 Million students - $65B
🇳🇴 - 60%- 400,000 students - $25B
Now let’s look at what Public Universities in Nigeria, Africa, and globally charge new medical students
1 - UNILAG, MEDILAG - ₦0 tuition; ~₦250,000 in sundry fees.
2 - University of Ghana (Ghana): ~₦2,142,264
3 - University of Cape Town (South Africa): ~₦4,061,250
4 - University of Michigan (USA): ~₦52,500,000
How about % of Students on Loans?
UNILAG: Less than 5%
University of Ghana: Less than 10%
University of Cape Town: ~50%
University of Michigan: ~30%
Why does the richest country in the world charge a premium for education at public universities that leaves over 40% of American students taking on loans to get educated?
If you don't like UNILAG's ~₦250,000 a year for medicine and you don't like NELFUND, you can go to Ghana and pay over ₦2 Million per semester.
They have student loans for you and they will charge you 6% to 12% interest, since you don't like NELFUND'S 0% interest rate.
✌🏾

That guy now has a better university experience than you because of NELFUND. He’s not tweeting ASUU strike in uni like you.

It is so easy to see why we are a 3rd world country.
Give them cheap universities, they won’t mind spending 7 years studying a 4 year course because it is cheap.
Give them cheap fuel, they won’t mind queuing and wasting productive hours to get it.
They don’t want Quality!

Assuming this is the same brain you used to become a doctor, that is, if you have one, let me explain.
When cement was cheaper, did every Nigerian build a house? When cars were cheaper, did everyone own one?
The fact that some people attended university without loans doesn't mean everyone could afford to.
NELFUND isn't about the cost of education it's about expanding access to education for those who need financial support.
Let me explain this to you assuming you have a brain to comprehend it.
