Played the E Day campaign loved it, tried horde mode yesterday and love that too. Its like single-player online with your friends. Great PvP mode, hope they keep adding to it. #GearsOfWarEday
Finished Gears of War: E-Day and what a game. It had a few ups and downs, but performance really settled halfway through and was rock solid by the end. The storytelling was excellent, though relentlessly bleak. A few lighter moments would have helped, but I suppose that's the reality of war and its brutality. 9/10 for me. I'd happily jump straight into another game with these characters tomorrow.

Oh man samsung really dropped the ball on ending onedrive gallery sync. It was something that just worked.
Gears of War looks incredible, particularly in the dark and nighttime scenes. The daytime sections don't look anywhere near as good by comparison. The opening few hours are brilliant, then it hits a bit of a lull before throwing a massive set-piece at you that brings all the excitement back. The airfield mission was the standout moment for me so far and honestly, it's the best Gears of War experience I've played don't know if they can top that.
The Coalition absolutely cooked with Unreal Engine 5.
Despite a few stutters, the visuals and environments are on a whole different level. Gears of War has never looked this impressive! 馃敟馃幃 #GearsOfWar

Enjoying feels like an understatement. This is one of those rare, full-package experiences where everything clicks and comes together to be the absolute best of the best. Massive thanks to @ControlRemedy and the team for all the hard work. I don't want it to end, I can't put it down

You're spot on about the Max Payne vibes in Control. I totally get it and I'm so glad someone else sees that too. I felt it in AW2 during the NYC sections as well. I'd bet the assets for NYC are easy to port over to the remakes.

#ControlResonant is among the most visually refined releases in recent memory, effectively leveraging modern GPU capabilities to achieve optimal performance. The path tracing is usable and makes the game!
