A MESSAGE TO THE VEEFRIENDS COMMUNITY — INTEGRITY, TRANSPARENCY & TRUST So, where do I even begin? Many of you have noticed my absence from the VeeFriends community recently. There are reasons for that, and today I feel it’s important to address some concerns that have been weighing heavily on me. First, let me be clear: I love this community. I’ve invested over $150,000 into VeeFriends, opened more than 10,000 comics, and dedicated countless hours to supporting this brand and the people who believe in it. Those who know me understand that I’m outspoken, passionate, and not afraid to ask difficult questions, especially when the integrity of something I believe in is at stake. Recently, some troubling concerns have come to my attention regarding the transparency of certain comic breaks. Over the past two weeks, I’ve observed what I believe is a concerning pattern involving a highly regarded breaker within our community. Other community members have also privately reached out to me expressing similar concerns. While paying customers participate in live breaks and receive relatively modest hits, I’ve become aware of reports involving two Golds and three Sketch comics reportedly pulled off-stream through what are being described as “personal rips.” I’ve also heard concerns about some of those hits being offered privately to potential buyers. To be clear, pulling valuable comics privately is not, by itself, evidence of wrongdoing. However, the concentration of high-value hits reportedly occurring off-stream raises legitimate questions about transparency and fairness. Having personally opened over 10,000 VeeFriends comics, I’ve developed a strong understanding of their packaging, distribution, and the frequency of rare hits. While unusual outcomes are certainly possible, I believe the circumstances deserve closer examination. Another concern involves how the comics appear to be stacked when removed from their original packaging. Based on my experience, comics are generally alternated in orientation to help protect their spines. Photos I’ve reviewed appear to show a different stacking pattern. That observation alone proves nothing, but combined with the other concerns, it raises questions I believe deserve answers. I’ve had private conversations about these observations for some time. Initially, some people dismissed my concerns. More recently, others have independently approached me with similar questions. I am not accusing anyone of proven misconduct, nor am I claiming to have definitive evidence that comics are being searched or manipulated. What I am saying is that these patterns have caused me to question whether buyers are receiving the fair and transparent experience they believe they’re paying for. Every single person spending their hard-earned money on these breaks deserves confidence that the process is honest, fair, and aboveboard. I’m intentionally withholding names because my goal is not to create a personal attack or encourage harassment. My goal is to encourage accountability and transparency. I will share relevant observations without claiming they establish wrongdoing. I understand that speaking publicly may cost me friendships or change how certain people view me. I’m willing to accept that. My loyalty has always been to the community, not to any individual breaker. I believe in VeeFriends. I believe in the collectors. And most importantly, I believe that trust is the foundation of this entire community. Transparency should never be something we have to ask for. It should be the standard. I’m speaking up because I care, and because I believe every buyer deserves a fair shot. Protect the collectors. Protect the community. Protect the integrity of VeeFriends.
