He ate MORE.
Lost the weight.
Not because of a deficit.
Because he finally ate for his physiology.
Most guys are still following someone else’s plan they read on social media.
Quiz in bio. Find out how you should actually eat.
I’m friends with trans, gays, Muslims, etc on here. The people I delete are leftist Christians. I can’t stand them. Why are you such a failure? I expect degenerates to be degenerate. Those who claim the name of Jesus but are liberal morons I simply can’t stand.
Imagine a man is struggling with deep depression, (think William Cowper) and John Newton (author of amazing Grace) is like, “My dearest brother, thou art in need of therapy.” 😂🤡
No. He would urge him to look to the Scripture and give him practical wisdom such as physical activity during the moments of temptations to despair. He would encourage him to fast and pray.
Therapy is sitting with a liberal for an hour till you agree to love yourself.
Therapy is gay and retarded and so are the Christian “men” who push it.
Biblical counsel and brotherhood on the other hand… gold.
Stay away from gay Christians… not good.
If you make your diet 90%
Steak
Avocado
Fish
Chicken
Eggs
Rice
Sweet potato
Fruit
Leafy greens
Water
You’ll be less fat, and have 10 x more energy.
Aside from growing my business, I freaking LOVE helping people grow theirs.
Systems, processes, marketing… all of it. I love it.
In the year of our Lord 2026, why are you not getting bloodwork?
The few things you get at your annual physical are okay, but they’re incomplete and they are built on ranges that simply reflect population averages.
The average American is fat sick and weak. Is that who you want to be compared to? Really?
Don’t you want to know what good is?
We pull the labs your doctor doesn’t and we look at optimal ranges.
We also spend more than 15 min with you. Yes, that’s the average doc visit time in America.
We teach and educate.
Also, we are HSA/FSA approved.

I’m going to make health and fitness stupid simple:
1. Eat real food. Things with roots and a mother.
2. Walk every day. 10k steps is fine. 7k is plenty.
3. 3-4 sessions of 20-30min Zone 2 cardio. Don’t overcomplicate this. Heart rate is pointless if you’re untrained. You should be able to talk but it’s hard.
4. Lift something heavy 3-4 times a week.
5. Get morning sunlight.
6. Get good sleep. 7hrs. Bed is for sleep and sex not work.
7. Minimum .7g per lb of protein.
If you’re not doing this regularly then you have no business worrying about p3ptides or supplement stacks.
Okay @JoelWBerry @HwsEleutheroi @elimcgowan time for you to be shocked and awed and vehemently reject Lindsay’s post.
Young men, if you want to be successful in life here’s how you do it:
Surround yourself with good men who love God and their families who will push you to grow and be better.
I am where I am because of good men and I am profoundly blessed.
If you woke up, got out of the shower, didn’t like what you saw, and feel like nothings working and you’ll always be stuck this way, let me tell you, you can change. Anyone can.
Take 3 min and take this quiz in my bio. I’ll send you a really cool resource that will help you understand why you feel stuck and what to do.
Big wellness can be just as much of a scam as big pharma and it’s maddening.
“I don’t trust the FDA!” Fair enough. Me either.
“But check out these supplements my buddy sells.” You mean supplements with zero research, no third party testing, and no longitudinal data?
At the end of the day, your health is your responsibility. Research, dive deep, make informed decisions, but just know both camps are out to drive a profit and neither are above slimy tactics to get that profit.
You cleaned up your diet.
You’re lifting. And your cholesterol is still high, or weirdly low.
You still feel cold by noon, foggy by 2, and wiped by dinner like your body’s running on a dimmer switch.
There’s a number on your labs we need to look at.
Your thyroid is one of the body’s master dials for blood cholesterol.
High thyroid hormone activity → cholesterol often runs low.
Low thyroid hormone activity → cholesterol often runs high.
That link is old, mapped, and boringly consistent. It’s basic physiology no one has taught you.
Let me help you make sense of this.
Think of your bloodstream as a delivery network and LDL particles as trucks carrying cholesterol cargo. The liver is the warehouse that has to unload those trucks.
LDL receptors on liver cells are the loading docks. More docks = trucks get cleared faster = fewer cholesterol trucks circling in your blood.
Thyroid hormone, especially the active form T3, turns up those docks. It binds thyroid hormone receptors in the liver (TRβ) and turns on the LDL receptor gene. It also pushes SREBP-2, a transcription factor that drives even more receptor production.
When thyroid activity runs high, more docks open, clearance speeds up, blood cholesterol falls.
When thyroid activity runs low (and TSH climbs), fewer docks are available. High TSH can also bump PCSK9, a protein that tags LDL receptors for destruction, so the docks get torn down faster.
Result: trucks linger. Numbers climb.
And that’s only the clearance side.
Thyroid hormone also ramps conversion of cholesterol into bile acids through CYP7A1, the gut exit route for cholesterol your body doesn’t need hanging around.
So if your LDL keeps climbing while you’re “doing everything right,” or it sits strangely low while you feel wired and wiped, the question isn’t only “what am I eating.”
It’s “what dial is set wrong upstream.”
Now layer how that actually feels day to day, because labs don’t capture the whole story:
Cold hands and feet when everyone else is fine.
Morning temp that is low when you wake up.
Hair getting thinner, including the outer eyebrows.
Dry skin, nails that snap.
Dragging fatigue sleep doesn’t fix.
Brain fog that makes simple decisions feel heavy.
Weight that won’t move, or soft weight that showed up without a lifestyle crash.
Constipation / sluggish gut.
A resting pulse that feels slow and sleepy.
Puffy face or hands that don’t match your training.
We need to look at your labs, and not the standard work up from your doctor that misses the critical elements.
We aren’t after a number. Here’s what we’re after.
It’s waking up warm.
Thinking clear by lunch.
Having energy left after work for your kids, your wife, your training.
Walking into your next blood draw with a real plan instead of another shrug and another statin conversation that never asks about the dial.
I’ll leave you with one open loop on purpose:
If thyroid hormone controls how many LDL docks your liver builds, what happens when conversion from storage hormone (T4) to active hormone (T3) is the part that’s stuck… even when TSH looks “fine”?
That’s a different conversation than “eat less fat.”

If your power goes out and the stores stay empty for 90 days, would your family make it?
If you’re a husband or a dad, this isn’t hobby prep.
It’s your job.
1 Timothy 5:8 doesn’t play: if a man won’t provide for his own household, he’s denied the faith.
Proverbs 27:12: the prudent man sees danger coming and gets ready. The simple keep walking and pay for it.
You’re not called to panic.
You’re called to protect and provide before the crisis hits.
Agencies talk days to 2 weeks as the baseline.
90 days is advanced. It takes space, rotation, and practice.
Start with 2 weeks. Then build to 90. Scale everything to YOUR household.
Here’s the checklist for a family of about 4–5 sheltering in place:
WATER (highest priority)
1 gallon per person per day
Family of 4 → ~360 gallons / 90 days
Family of 5 → ~450 gallons
You probably can’t store it all. Hybrid plan:
• At least 2 weeks sealed (56 gal for 4)
• Food-grade jugs / bricks / barrels
• Filters (Sawyer, gravity) + ability to boil
• Unscented bleach for clear water (follow CDC directions)
• Know sources: water heater, rain, filtered outdoor water
• Tub bladder when a storm is coming
FOOD
~2,000 calories per person per day
Stuff you’ll actually eat. Little cooking. Little water.
Family of 4 starter (scale up):
• White rice 50–100+ lbs, oats, pasta, crackers
• Canned meats, dried beans, peanut butter
• Canned/dried fruit & veg
• Oil, honey/sugar, salt, spices
• Shelf-stable milk, bars, kid snacks for morale
Manual can opener. Cool dry storage. Rotate what you buy.
MEDICAL
• 90-day supply of prescriptions (ask your doctor/pharmacist early)
• Real first-aid kit: bandages, gauze, antiseptic, gloves, thermometer
• OTC: pain, anti-diarrhea, antacids, allergy, vitamins
• Hygiene: soap, sanitizer, feminine products, dental
• Glasses / contacts / inhalers / family-specific gear
• Waterproof copies of scripts + insurance
Sanitation prevents more casualties than heroics.
SANITATION
• Toilet paper (several rolls per person per month)
• Wet wipes + heavy trash bags with ties
• Bucket toilet with liner + seat (or portable toilet)
• Bleach / disinfectant for surfaces
• Diapers / pet waste if needed
• Soap + a way to wash hands and dishes
Dirty hands end 90-day plans fast.
SHELTER & WARMTH (cold winters matter)
• Sleeping bags / blankets rated for your cold
• Layers, boots, rain gear, hats, gloves
• Plastic sheeting + duct tape for repairs
• Backup heat you can vent safely (never CO indoors)
• Camp stove / grill fuel for cooking
• Tarp or tent as backup
Cold kills quieter than hunger.
LIGHT • POWER • COMMS • TOOLS
• Flashlights / headlamps + batteries (or solar recharge)
• Hand-crank or battery NOAA weather radio
• Phone power bank + solar charger
• Multi-tool, knife, duct tape, wrench/pliers (utility shutoff)
• Waterproof matches / lighter, work gloves
• Whistle, local maps, out-of-area contact plan
DOCS • CASH • MORALE
• Cash in small bills (cards and ATMs can die)
• IDs, insurance, bank info, birth certificates in a waterproof go-pouch
• Paper, pens, books, games for kids
• Fire extinguisher
• Pet food + water + supplies
Panic is a plan failing in public. Calm is practiced.
HOW TO BUILD IT
Build a solid 2-week kit first
Expand month by month toward 90 days
Label bins. Everyone in the house knows where they are.
Practice: cook from stores, purify water, run a short drill.
Plan for stay-home AND evacuate
Know YOUR hazards: winter storms, flooding, long outages.
You’re not waiting on a rescue.
You’re the one keeping the people under your roof alive.
The scary part is waiting until the shelves are empty.
The practical part is starting tonight.
