Being well versed in social media might make an expert. Being paid & profiting from being social on the web just makes a social media whore.
Where are the online retailers on Twitter? I want to want something and have a link to get that something sent right back to me.
Watching TV & liking commercials doesnt make an Ad Exec. Why does having a Twitter account & loving the internet make a social media expert?
Twitter isn't a place for friends/making friends. It is a place for those who already have friends on Twitter. The friendless are spammers.
The biggest difference between "expert" and "spammer" is your Twitter following to follower ration. Did you know that?
My ability to create an account makes me "social", my being on Twitter makes me an "expert". Altogether I am a social media expert.

Everyone keeps talking about follower/following ratio. How do I figure that out? I know it is a dumb math question. Give me a break.
