Our government is all these old, out-of-touch people, that are yelling at passing clouds (social media), shaking their fists, bc they donโt understand meteorology (technology).
What worries me about the government banning TikTok is; what would stop them from then banning any technology/social media platform in which people can have honest open discourse? This is a slippery slope.
