choose compassion
“All the religious world is boasting of righteousness; it is the doctrine of the devil to retard the human mind, and hinder our progress, by filling us with self-righteousness. The nearer we get to our Heavenly Father, the more we are disposed to look with compassion on perishing souls; we feel that we want to take them upon our shoulders, and cast their sins behind our backs.”

✨ MODESTY ✨
“Modesty is an attitude of decency and humility in our language, behavior, dress, and grooming. If we are modest, we don’t try to bring too much attention to ourselves. Rather, we seek to glorify God.”

I’d argue posting women online to call them whores and sluts fail 3/5 points in the definition provided by The @Ch_JesusChrist:
- Language ❌
- Behavior ❌
- Dress
- Grooming
- Bringing too much attention to yourself rather than seeking to glorify God ❌
We should teach correct principles.
We should teach by example.
We should teach those close to us.
We have to help raise each other to a higher standard of living and modesty.
HOW we do it though matters.
The former, IMO, is a poor way to do it. The later is better.
What’s best?
let's be more intelligent about who we elect
Take a photo of your mail-in ballot and then upload it to Claude or Gemini with research mode enabled, and steal my prompt:
Analyze this ballot and give me a very detailed analysis of the integrity or lack thereof of each candidate, focusing on past actions, platform promises made, kept, or broken, allegiances, political alignment, what the candidate has stood for or against, any known or alleged past misconduct, issues of morality or integrity, whom the candidate has helped or hurt, and who seems to be behind each candidate (billionaires, PACs, lobbying groups, etc. -- research who has funded each candidate in the past). For each ballot choice, give me an objective summary of what interests I would be supporting and which interests I would be hindering or harming by checking the box.

“These companies, they’re not your friends,” said @AGDerekBrown. “They’re not helping you invest, they’re not providing you with insights or opportunity. Frankly, they are engineered to do one thing and one thing alone: empty your wallet.” abc4.com/news/politics/utah-…

here for the tri*ball*ism tho. i’m sitting in the notre dame section and just them passed some ice cream.
open-source collaboration among math libraries is at the core of all computing.
i'm grateful for our @arrayfire partnership with @Boost_Libraries.
More GPU kernels don't necessarily mean more GPU performance.
ArrayFire can combine multiple element-wise operations into a single kernel, improving hardware utilization while reducing memory traffic and the application's memory footprint.
That's a powerful optimization hidden behind a productive API.
