The console version of *Stormlord* lacks something that the original PC versions had: nudity. The game's artwork was censored in the Genesis port.
Or was it? That's right, I found a real live nude code hiding in the game data.
To enter it, pause during gameplay, and...🧵
Here's a new cheat for the Game Gear version of *Shaq Fu*:
- Go to Options.
- Navigate to Effect.
- Play sounds 1, 2, and 8. The screen will flash.
Now you can instantly win fights by holding Up and pressing 1+2, instantly lose with Down+1+2, and instantly draw with 1+2.
That's right, we're doing Game Gear games now too. Get the reverse engineering details via my site. bbayles.com/32bits
Fumika Suzuki's sizzle reel is included because she is the lead voice actress in the Japanese version of the game.
Disappointingly, she is not the decorated Dr. Fumika Suzuki, professor at the International Center for Elementary Particle Physics.

The Japan-only Saturn port of Phantasmagoria, called Phantasm there, hides a movie viewer behind a cheat code — and the movies aren't what you'd expect! See what @memory_fallen found in today's Under the Microscope:

Here's a new cheat code for *Phantasm*, the Japanese Saturn port of *Phantasmagoria*:
- Insert disc 7

You'll get a new "Special movie" menu with a music video from heath, a making-of documentary, and a sizzle reel for race queen Fumika Suzuki.

Player Discovers 'Nudity Code' Hidden in the Censored Sega Genesis Port of StormLord timeextension.com/news/2026/…
Here's my first Super Nintendo cheat code discovery. It's for *Shaq Fu*:
- Go to Options.
- Change the Music test cursor to 4 and press A to play the track.
- Enter L (x8), R (x3), B (x5).
Now you can press Select+Y to win or Select+X to lose any match!
Although it's much less newsworthy than this game's nude code, I also found a hidden programmer credit code. Pause and enter Up (x1), B (x4), Down (x3), Up (x2), A (x3), B (x2) to show it on the copyright screen.

The game's programmer alluded to the existence of this code in a 2019 interview with @GamingAlexandri.
"One of the codes removes the clothes from the fairies, revealing the original artwork... I vaguely recall we may have removed that particular cheat code before we shipped."
Get more details on the code and the reverse engineering involved in locating it via my site:

The PlayStation version of *Time Bokan Series* doesn't have the cheat code that the Saturn one has. But this Action Replay cheat should have the same effect: 300cbfc0 00ff

The shmup "Time Bokan Series" for Saturn has a cheat code that enables its unlockable features. You won't find it on cheat sites or in magazine archives — you'll only find it in @memory_fallen 's Under the Microscope:

Here's a new cheat code for the *Time Bokan Series* game for Saturn:
- On the main menu, highlight the top item.
- Hold Left+X+Z and tap C. Keep holding Left, X, and Z.
Now there should be a "Stage Change" badge on the vehicle select screen, plus the 3 bonus vehicles.
Here's a long lost cheat code for the Genesis version of *Marble Madness*. At the title screen, press A, A, A, B, C, Start.
This adds a level select item to the main menu.
