Xcel Energy doesn't provide the option to do Auto Payments if your account is past due. The option isn't displayed. Tech support will tell you to go use an option that _you can't see_. Terrible UI/UX for tech support to do this.
I've wasted hours looking for this feature on my own before reaching out to @xcelenergy. A better design would be to have it findable by all, then provide any validation messages such as "Can't be used by past due account." At least then I would know the fix!
Fifth time searching for how to make an auto-payment on @xcelenergy's website. Still can't find it. The billing page says it includes auto-payments into the list, so the feature must exist somewhere.

While trying to figure out how to use @FL_Studio software, google leads me to their forum where the question is answered. Only the first ~50 chars can be read per post, because I'm not logged in. Can't log in because no account. Can't create account. Black box program.
My android sleep phone forgot my pin password. Was my only way into the phone. After rebooting, it remembered my pin and worked again. It's uptime would have been measured in months since last reboot. It's a Galaxy Note8, so it hasn't had an update in a long time.
