I do #globalhealth work and lived in a few countries last 10 years. I always turn down USA job offers/head hunters. I worry I am always one health scare /moment of bad luck away from an enormous health bill. Also doesn't help I'm #T1D. Am I the only one in this boat? #insulin4all
