Between yesterday and today 3 ppl including the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, another unit manager and a CNA has told me that I’m doing a great job these last 7 weeks as fill in manager, it made me teary eyes every time cause as stressful as it’s been it’s been rewarding!
One thing imma do on my off days is take me a good nap honey. It feels so good to relax not have nothing to do and to be able to rest uninterrupted
