A few people reached out to me and wanted to know more about the new Turbo360 Tenant Manager Module.
I have a nice mind map on the below link where you can learn more about the problems it can help with.

We have had some brilliant discussions with end customers and managed service providers about the new Tenant Manager module in Turbo360 this week
If you want to know more about the Turbo360 Cost Analyzer module, this mind map can help you learn more about what it does and how it can help you implement a FinOps capability that everyone in your team can participate in.

Recently I was talking to some friends and they werent sure how Turbo360 could help them.
It gave me the idea that a mind map for different modules and use cases would really help people.

Just waiting for the train before another trip. this time I am off to London for a couple of days.
This is one of my favourite bars in Newcastle, great view to people watch and ponder while waiting for the train
I just did the new AI Tokenomics Fundamentals certificate that was introduced at the Tokenomics event in Amsterdam a couple of weeks ago.
Quite interesting read through and I think a good introduction for FinOps people coming into an AI world.
On Friday before I head up to Scottish Summit I am going to swing by the North AI Hub in Newcastle.
I am going to do a short talk about using AI to help give your sales and accounts teams insights to have a deeper understanding.
While we will talk about technology, we will also talk about user involvement and engagement which I think are the keys to success in this context.
While I am there, if you have any questions about AI cost management and AI observability in the cloud, these are areas I am doing a lot of work with these days and it would be great to chat.

I was curious about connecting Claude Code to to integrations I had built.
In this case I used API Management to host MCP servers which were secured with Entra authentication. I could then open up the world of integrations I can build in Azure Integration Services to be available for my AI chats.

Microsoft recently announced some retirements and breaking changes in Azure Communication Services.
In particular email, sms and whatsapp
I think quite a few azure integration services projects use these services so I am sure people will be looking to impact assess which Logic Apps need to change by Sept 2028.

I kept hitting the 5 hour claude usage window at inconvenient times.
In FinOps we have Usage Optimization where we optimize cloud resources to fit their usage needs but this made me wonder if User Work Pattern Optimization is a good technique for Tokenomics.

If your using Microsoft Agent Framework and you proxy calls through Azure API Management then you have some interesting options available to support observatility of token usage.
In this video we will take a look at them

Spent way too long chasing a confusing Azure error this week.
Calling an AI Foundry agent from C# with DefaultAzureCredential, I kept hitting: "Identity [OBJECT-ID] does not have permissions for agents/write actions." The catch — that object ID belonged to a user in a completely different tenant.
Turns out I had multiple Azure credentials cached locally, and DefaultAzureCredential was intermittently grabbing the wrong one.
Fix for local dev: switch to AzureCliCredential, which sticks to whichever user is logged into your terminal. Keep DefaultAzureCredential for deployed apps where you want the managed identity.

The other day we were documenting some requirements in VS Code with Claude and I was wondering if Claude going generate test cases from my requirements that a QA tester could use.
It was pretty impressive
I then wondered if I could have Claude create a test plan within Azure DevOps for all of these test cases.
Surprisingly easy to do. I think this will be a pretty nice way to do Test-Driven requirements for all of those Azure integration customers out there.
