Great point. I think 270 / 180 is more the correct number as a final compromise. It's important I think to use 50 / 50 revenue sharing as well. A lockout and missed games will hurt boths sides and the fans. I hope both sides remember the fans.

We , as a country, need to upgrade infrastructure for utilities anyways. Last I checked nuclear power has the least impact on the environment.
Depends how greedy / stupid they want to be. Longer the lockout, the more fans will get annoyed and or checkout which = less revenue.

The filibuster is NOT in the Constitution. It is a Senate RULE. A simple majority - 51 votes, or 50 plus VP JD VANCE - can change it in a single afternoon.
Do that, and the SAVE AMERICA ACT and the rest of the TRUMP agenda pass with 51 votes. The House passes them. TRUMP signs them!

Repeal needs TRUMP'S signature, and he would VETO it. Overriding a veto takes TWO-THIRDS of both chambers. Democrats won't have that.
Those laws would stand until 2029 at the earliest. 🔥
