Nine ballot questions on the MA statewide ballot this year. Here's a link to how I'd be voting if I hadn't made it over the wall & escaped to Free America.

Oh, him—he was caviar against the palate, crystal catching candlelight, French wine darkening the hour. To savor him required an aesthetic of sensuality; he had none. And in the end, I could not tell whether I had loved the man or only the exquisite life I imagined around him.
But sometimes the dirt calls you—not as a fall, but as a truth. It waits beneath the polish, warm and dark, asking what remains when the crystal breaks and the last wine is gone.

A massive backdoor vulnerability was just exposed across 70% of the internet, and cybersecurity experts are calling this wave of chaos "BLACK OCTOBER."
For a cost of about $50 a break-in, Hackers can basically rent a robot, set it loose on the web, and let it jiggle every digital door handle it can find, including hospitals, schools, and critical infrastructure.
This is becoming a serious national security issue. So I wrote out a Digi-DEFCON scale on the chalkboard.
Right now, I believe we're sitting at Digi-DEFCON 6: widespread exposure where your personal data has been or is likely going to be stolen. But with autonomous AI moving at this speed, how fast are we approaching Digi-DEFCON 1?

Doc Watson invented the idea of the guitar as a lead instrument in bluegrass. Decades later, Billy Strings carries that torch, and you can hear it here.
His cover of Bob Dylan’s “Don’t Think Twice” follows Doc’s arrangement, note for note.
The flatpicking lineage, alive and well.

Q : Pourriez-vous cesser de boire ?
🎙️Charles Bukowski : Pourquoi ? Est-ce que je dois cesser de respirer ? Boire, c’est magnifique. Autrement, je me serais liquidé à 23 ans.
On vit. Enfin. Quelques heures.
Si on boit, on oublie ça.
