Painful conditions like osteoarthritis share common risk factors with many co-morbidities across all of the bodily systems. We need to move beyond seeing pain as a "joint" or "muscle" or "bone" problem and see it for what it is...a systems problem.

Great work! Behaviour change is complex and simply telling people the benefits of exercise etc doesn't seem to work.
Clinicians are increasingly being recommended to try to change our patient’s lifestyle. But is our advice helping people change behavior? Is this an effective & feasible approach to improve public health? Check out our paper in @AnnalsofIM @GCSHcare (1/5)
