“It was on this night that I first got the impression, that Michael might not be able to taste very well. I got that feeling because the first thing he picked up was a large serving of salmon eggs surrounded by seaweed. It was about two inches tall with something akin to mayonnaise holding it all together. It was definitely more than a mouthful. I tasted one of the eggs and though I like caviar this had such an unpleasant heavy fish taste that I thought no one but the staunchest of sushi eaters would have found it edible. Michael just devoured it and I laughed. He looked up, smiled, and asked, "What?" I asked, "Is that good?" He said, "Yeah," and went on to eat the sea urchin sushi also without complaining.” 😂😂😂
