Disappointing Experience with Chicken Kitchen I recently placed a delivery order for a five-piece chicken tender meal from Chicken Kitchen. I specifically chose to order from them this evening because they were heavily advertising a "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion on the @UberEats app. Based on the clear wording of this BOGO offer, I fully expected my delivery to include ten pieces of chicken in total. Unfortunately, when the driver dropped off my food and I unpacked the bag, I discovered that I had only received the standard five pieces. Order Breakdown and Frustrations: * Promised Order: 10 pieces total (Buy 1, Get 1 Free on a 5-piece meal) * Actual Delivery: 5 pieces * Total Cost: Nearly $50 To say I am unimpressed would be a massive understatement. I spent nearly fifty dollars on this delivery, which is a steep price to pay when you only receive half of the food you were promised. It is incredibly frustrating to be misled by a promotional campaign, and quite frankly, it feels like the restaurant essentially stole my money by not honouring their end of the transaction. I expect better quality control and accountability from both Chicken Kitchen and Uber Eats, and I would like to see this situation rectified immediately. @Uber_Support @Uber_Canada @Uber
