It might be time to dump Marriott Bonvoy. It seems like I’m get less and less benefits. The mobile key never works, so I always have to check in anyway. Stayed at a Hilton recently and check in was a breeze and got some nice benefits to boot

Taxpayer money meant for public education shouldn’t fund private religious schools, for the same reason that taxpayer money meant for public parks shouldn’t fund private pools in a megachurch pastor’s backyard.
If religious schools want taxpayer money, they should pay taxes.
As someone who’s been driving since I was 16, our neighborhoods are way too car centric. Why is it fine to spend weeks of construction blocking the sidewalks preventing me from walking 4 blocks? Why do cars barrel up to and through intersections when there are pedestrians nearby?
