Article 251 clearly prohibits foreign ownership of land and limits leases to noncitizens to 99 years. The people must decide this with a public referendum. This is a matter of #MaldivesSovereignty #EagleHillsOut

In 2021 we tested over 100 people, including 36 homeless people in Malé City. None of them tested positive for Hepatitis C. Since Dec 2025 there’s a serious Hep B & C outbreak. Completely different story now & sadly the authorities don’t seem to care where this country is heading
