It's crazy that as an Executive Platinum @AmericanAir member, there is no way for me to change my departure flight only on a r/t mileage reservation. To leave one day earlier, I have to cancel my full trip and spend 90K more miles? Where is the loyalty to your loyalty members?

Hey, @Budget at SJU Airport… my printed rental pick up time was 2:44pm. Why is it now 3:18pm and my car still hasn’t been brought around? The long check in lines are one thing, but this is ridiculous! #RentalCarReformNow #BadBudget #DudeWheresMyCar

Update… 3:31pm, still car. Think we can get to an hour wait?! @Budget, what’s the deal?

Urgently calling for rental car pick up reform!!! Why does it take so long if we’ve already pre-ordered, pre-paid, and pre-provided all our info??? 🚗👨🏻‍🔧😮‍💨
