His early menswear did not disappoint either.

Haider Ackermann's early work often goes ignored. His S/S 2003 guest collection for talent incubator Ruffo Research was already showcasing his sharp tailoring and sensual draping.

There's something about Armani Privé S/S 2023 that is both eerie and satisfying to look at. There's a beautiful synergy between his dressmaking and the harlequin motifs. The man had impeccable taste.

Anyone a British designer called Hamish Morrow? He's a contemporary artist now but in the early 00s he produced some stunning womenswear. In his S/S 2002 collection, models in ivory white clothing walked through purple ink to reveal a floral print that was invisible before.

Christopher Bailey was not the most gifted showman. He often reached for tired/tacky signals of glamor. But his Burberry S/S 2010 is still a guilty pleasure. The knotted and twisted pastels offered a youthful touch.

Randomly found this on Amazon, just casually priced at $75,000. Free shipping though.

AF Vandevorst made actual brown PAPER look this beautiful. S/S 2004. Something so mundane turned into graceful, vulnerable clothes. When I tell you there’s no such thing as a bad AF Vandevorst collection, I mean it.
