Not most. Not nearly all. All 254. James Talarico improved on Kamala Harris’s margins statewide, including in deep-red rural counties. A story the news hasn’t told you yet Three black teens and a black man have been arrested in shooting death of 15-year-old Austin Payne in Albany, Georgia Austin Payne, 15, was found dead with gunshot wounds inside an abandoned apartment on Cameo Lane in Albany on November 1, 2026. Investigators determined he was shot around Halloween night after calling his mother for help. She tracked his phone to the building the next morning. Albany Police arrested four people and booked them into the Dougherty County Jail: Jansquincey Donaldson, 15; Omari Marion, 15; Adarious Wallace, 16; and Detravion Parker, 22.
