Don't ask "What do you want to get done today?" At 10am, hold out her shoes. "We're walking to get coffee." Once she's moving, she'll pick the next thing herself. All she ever needed was someone to take the first step with her.

I mean, an easy one to come from last year, I would say, is believe in yourself. But I I think that's just uh that's easier said than done, I would say. It certainly helps when you when you kind of have belief in what you're doing whatever your job or whatever line of work you're in, and try things. I don't like to go and try new things. So, but life's short, so it's nice to be outside your comfort zone sometimes. you might regret it, but at least you'll be happy that you kind of gave it a shot
