7 Things I did to make more money that anyone can do even if homeless (from experience). Someone who was once homeless, sleeping on the floor, trying to crash on couches to get by but, is now typing this from their dream home penthouse by the beach. 1) Get a second job = weekend job 2) Work a 3rd job during your holiday from your 1st & 2nd job (e.g. sign up for agency work). 3) Switch banks and get the bonus (potential extra $2000 per year, you can then put that into interest account 3-7% per year) 4) Sell everything non-essential (facebook market place, ebay, etc). 5) Freelance (e.g. fiverr) or, call center night shift work - 4th job. 6) Affiliate bonuses = sign up to investing apps like WeBull (or whatever is available to you in your country), get the free bonus shares and get your family to sign up too with your link, then you and them get free shares when they sign up. Then simply sell the shares as soon as you like. (You can do the same with some banks like Revolut etc.) 7) Then invest that money (ideally in yourself for psychology, and building a high income skill). That extra $10k-$30k/ year is 10-30k for your self improvement. Not free BS content on YouTube.. Invest in seminars, coaches, courses, therapists, spiritual guides, all of it. Don't say "but it might be a scam". YOU ARE BEHIND! Take the risk, you have nothing to lose, you're already dead, a walking zombie. Take the risk. Speed up the learning curve. Actions are affirmations. Every investment in you is an affirmation that " I am someone worth investing in, I am worth it". ALL the inner and outer work you do is an affirmation that "I deserve to live my dream". You don't have time to tip toe your way through life, only to make it safely to death. You need ALL the help you can get and FAST. Time is ticking no time for TIK TOK. Once you finally have a high income skill, financial growth is much easier. You won't save and penny pinch your way to your dream life, you need to grow, learn expand. Trust me, when you work that many hours, and then even put your free time into learning, you will begin to hate life IF you keep the penny pincher mindset going. It only reinforces lack, scarcity and hopelessness. You MUST find a way to focus more on growth, freedom and raising your living standards starting with your self-care and rewarding yourself for your hard work. (Bed, skin care, clothes, fitness, masterminds, date nights). Cutting back negative self talk > cutting back expenses. I hope this helps someone else who is feeling stuck and overwhelmed financially. High income skills is where your financial freedom is hiding not behind penny pinching spreadsheets and scarcity. (For me it was trading, but do what aligns with you: e-commerce, e-books, online sales/appointment setting, consulting etc). Invest not as a hope for your "one day" in the very distant future I'll be a millionaire. Invest as an expression of seeking growth. Seems like the same 'action' but the doer behind that 'doing' makes ALL the difference. Of course speak to a financial advisor, this is not financial advice, but what I did.

Lesser treasury companies starting to hurt. Metaplanet 3.51b enterprise value, 3.44b of that is $BTC w/ an average entry price of 107.9K, with 24.68m debt, and 0.99 mNAV. Not to FUD, but at what point do they sell BTC to keep the company afloat? Below 108K and they're cooked?
According to Bloomberg, Japan-listed company Metaplanet Inc. has seen its enterprise value fall below the value of its Bitcoin reserves. Metaplanet adopted a Bitcoin accumulation strategy in April 2024 and once traded at a significant premium to its Bitcoin net asset value. After hitting an all-time high in mid-June, the company’s stock has since plunged about 70%, pushing its mNAV to 0.99 on Tuesday. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

Bad players often mistake short-term luck for skill. They win with weak plays and believe their decisions were correct. Variance enables this illusion by occasionally rewarding poor choices, which encourages them to keep playing. Without it, the truth would be too obvious. They’d lose consistently and quit. Variance keeps them in the game long enough to fund the better players. Good players understand that outcomes don't always match decision quality in the short term. They don’t need every win to feel justified. Instead, they focus on exploiting the repeatable mistakes of others. Variance creates the fog that hides this edge from less disciplined. Variance is the great equalizer in the short run and the great separator in the long run. It creates confusion for the many, and opportunity for the few.

Majority of traders on this app have not outperformed simply buying and holding $BTC Remember that the next time you see PnL cards and equity curves being flexed on the timeline

If you install Google Authenticator from the app store and follow the suggested instructions, your 2FA codes are by default saved to the cloud. I recommend not linking the Authenticator to your Google account, in which case you should see this "no cloud" icon in the upper right.

I'm not a perma bull, but I just don't buy that we're going much further down from here, at least not for long at all. When the bitcoin bull ends, it's usually via falling off a cliff, not via forming a giant healthy looking bull flag

I haven’t talked about altcoins in years, I quit my interest in them after the “shit rolls downhill chart” mapping the performance of 10,000 of them. But someone asked me specifically and this is how I see altcoin market cap… This cycle has been markedly different from others. This is the 3rd cycle since retail started getting burned at scale with alts which burst onto the mainstream in 2017. 2020-21 was DeFi and NFT “innovation”, plenty of retail got burned again. This 3rd alt cycle is about meme coins which is a piss-take on the crypto space. No pretence that it’s trying to be disruptive world changing tech, just an honest bubble casino. So I think retail may be getting it. And normally it takes 3 tries at a thing to learn. The dominance chart looks like a crash and recovery over a decade. Like the COVID crash in slow mo… Everyone freaks, it’s the end of the world, alts are gonna flip BTC, then normality and sense returns and the chart mean reverts upwards to long term balance. Dominance hasn’t recovered fully to long term balance. Who knows what that long term balance will be. I’m not saying there won’t be alt seasons. Certainly there will be echo fractals of mid caps and low caps pumping after BTC pumps as investors chase returns higher up on the risk curve. This is a normal part of markets and we see this in equities. Just alt seasons will be weaker each cycle on from the great 2017 alt bubble. Also remember alt market cap is like the cricket bat that has had 10 new handles and 10 new blades, it’s the sum of all the new winners… losers don’t count to the market cap. Trade it sure, if you want to play… don’t ever hodl them unless you’re so knowledgeable that you’re an effective insider because alts are an insiders game just like the casino where the house will eventually win. But you already know that.

Got news for you: for the vast majority of history, humans did not have the freedom to exercise any will over themselves. They lived as a serf or a slave and then they died of violence or disease. Until Western Civilization developed democracy, the scientific method, and markets, from which sprang all of the freedom, health, and prosperity of the world. Westerners then exported these innovations, sometimes for their own gain, sometimes at the barrel of the gun. Yet the people who did these things are long dead, and the civilization they built remains - in which you now enjoy wonders beyond their comprehension, built upon the foundation they laid. Breathtaking naivety to think you can pick and choose the good from history. You can reckon with the sins of the past, and understand that Westerners, like all humans, have done bad things as well as good. But there is no one alive today who is responsible for those things - no one who deserves credit or scorn for them - no one from whom you can justly demand reparations from things that other people did centuries go. You were born atop the mountain that Western Civilization climbed, now too high to see the ground beneath you, lamenting how you, and everyone else got there. There were acts of violence and depravity, but there were also feats of staggering compassion, brilliance, and bravery. Sometimes both capacities were present in the same person. The man who wrote the Declaration of Independence owned slaves. Many of the men who laid down their lives fighting Hitler were extraordinarily sexist and racist by modern standards. You can’t have the legacy of their good deeds without their personal faults any more than you can in yourself. You of staggering ignorance of the world. You would not even have the moral and philosophical language - or the freedom - to articulate scorn upon the past without the men whom you now see fit to criticize for their depredations. You who have done nothing important at all demand better of the men who built the world. This is what happens when a generation is spared a classical education and reared on naive post-modern gobbledygook - taught to critique the past without even faintly understanding it.
Replying to @BitPaine
Colonialism js morally bad, because people cannot exercise their own will over themselves. There are big positives too, but that does not change this truth mixed in with the good. The outcomes may be net good, but the application by force is still evil.

Perspective > Perception Perception is the unique filter through which we view the world with baked in biases. Perspective is stepping outside of yourself and viewing things from an eagle-eye view. Easier said than done. Many times where I’ve had to take a step back and shift from understanding that I’m perceiving instead of attempting to deploy perception. Understanding the difference b/w the two has provided me with brilliant breakthroughs. Few.
