Kentucky will win a national title before Texas A&M. But, the ghost of Bear Bryant will have to help us eventually, right?

I’d like to wish Marcel Reed good luck in the transfer portal. Super nice guy and I hope he lands at a place that fits his throwing motion.
Media credibility is already hanging on by a thread, then @WTAW1620 goes and generates a very, very bad AI image and publishes it online. It’s the kind of thing that should make actual joirnalist like @RustySuretteTV shake his head. They could at least try, right?
The Batt breaks a couple stories that land with me. Both written by a friend of mine I didn’t know until 4 years after the articles were written.

Easier to find EPL games on TV. Talent is amazing. Watching MLS after watching EPL is like watching Basketbol Süper instead of the NBA. I’m sure pro basketball in Turkey has fans. So does pro soccer in the US.
Replying to @bwfast
Three reasons 1) we ship our best players off to Europe to play instead of them playing in USA. 2) MLS is not routinely covered by ABC/ESPN (eg sports center and the related sports radio/podcasts. 3) MLS doesn’t seem to know how to promote itself. How was there not a commercial that ran every break in WC coverage featuring MLS WC players.

Texas A&M is honored to be part of the America 250 Anniversary series, telling the story of our contributions to society through leadership and service. The series is now published on @USATODAY.
Together, we stand for the American Dream and believe higher education is still one of the surest paths to achieving it.

Texas A&M baseball fans have invented the “Ball 5” chant 👀
After an opposing pitcher throws 4 straight balls, the crowd begins yelling “Ball 5,” which turns into ”Ball 6,” “Ball 7,” and so-on until a strike is thrown
In one game against Mississippi State, the chant stretched to twelve straight balls 🤯

My thoughts after 3 months in the US/Texas🇺🇸:
- Americans are way more extroverted than Europeans
- Talking to strangers is normal here
- My first H-E-B trip felt like Boris Yeltsin seeing an American grocery store
- Some food is more artificial, but the amount of choices is insane
- You can still eat healthy. You just have to choose it
- High risk, high reward is real
- Way more people are entrepreneurial
- People dream bigger than in Europe, and they actually execute
- Obv not everyone is smarter, but the smart people are world-class
- Successful people here are way more down-to-earth. In Europe, successful people care about status and can be arrogant
- Cars. Enough said
- Americans have perfected artificial sweets
- There’s still more freedom here than in Europe
- One thing I didn’t expect: some Americans talk down on America
- As an outsider, that’s weird, because imo it’s still the greatest country on Earth🇺🇸🇺🇸
My son and I did this for fun. What a couple geeks or nerds (whichever is cooler). open.substack.com/pub/justle…
