Last week, @sunnymaanz and I sat down with @GweiGweiGwei, co-founder of @motionmkts, to talk about a new way to trade attention on @solana.
Instead of buying meme coins or betting on outcomes, Motion lets you go LONG or SHORT on the attention surrounding creators, streamers, viral trends, and more.
We covered:
- How trading attention actually works
- Why Motion is different from meme coins and prediction markets
- How Google searches, X, and Reddit help determine market prices
- Why they chose to build on @solana
- Their experience at @colosseum and what's next
The next big trading opportunity might not be a token. It might be something going viral.
