I would like to Rant™️ about post partum care for a moment while my brain has come up for air. At 2 months postpartum, I had bloodwork done at my PCP. I had severe pre eclampsia I was still dealing with. I delivered 6 weeks early.
2. Months. Postpartum.
So the whole song and dance of lecturing a very fragile 2 months postpartum person about diet & exercise because of fucked bloodwork numbers that IDK PROBABLY WERE FUCKED BC I HAD JUST HAD A TRAUMATIC BIRTH and because of my weight where IDK I HAD JUST GIVEN BIRTH is insane.
