The dangerous and unlawful invasion of our worship service on January 18 has harmed our church, and continues to negatively affect families and children. It was a shameful event that should never happen at any place of worship. We remain hopeful that common sense and justice will prevail. I wish I could say something pithy. I've been stressed out all day. I think this is important, not for me but for those who literally lost everything. For those who lost their children and their lives and their livelihoods.
I will never let people forget what happened here until we fix it. Never.

This isn't the result we worked for, but it's not the end of the story. The ideas we fought for are enduring: safer communities, an affordable life for families, schools that put kids first, and a government that respects your hard-earned money. Those ideas didn't lose their truth on Tuesday night—they're bigger than any one election and stronger than any one wave.
So we should stand tall, because truth, common sense and the hopes of Minnesota families are worth fighting for. Together, we'll keep working to bring those ideas into the light. A new morning will come to Minnesota. I know this because I believe in my heart what you all believe: that Minnesota is worth fighting for.

The problem will be when our homes are worth less than we owe. People will simply walk away.
That’s what happened in Detroit and other east coast cities. Beautiful old world structures left to rot.
The federal government dropped more than a billion in various stimulus packages which went a fat nowhere over a decade.
When the city finally went bankrupt, every public service worker lost their pension. 40 cents at best on the dollar.
This isn’t made up. It happened to Detroit and other rust belt cities. but we are in even worse shape in that we have overburdened industry in an age of work from home. And with the rust belt their industry was sold off to Mexico- we did all of this to ourselves. And our city council is too stupid to realize they need to undo their draconian regulations to try to get small businesses back.
This is why I need others to help me fight. So that our homes literally won’t become a carcass. This is what happens.
I have a plan but I cannot possibly do it alone. This last election cycle was rough. Most people are blissfully ignorant of their own demise.
