I keep seeing Mr Beast shit in my feed even though I don’t follow him so I went to block and discovered it’s actually an undisclosed ad. Very cool website!

For the record because no one seems to be pointing this out.
⚠️ This is not possible on visionOS and it is by design ⚠️
Giving developers access to the cameras would create a cascade of privacy and ethical issues. It’s useful for a myriad of scenarios, but it’s equally dangerous.

HOLY SMOKES! For some reason I didn’t think about this when Apple mentioned the iPhone 15’s external monitor support thanks to USB-C..
But you can now play games at impressively high quality using an external monitor and game controller.
Apple legit just made a gaming console!
YouTuber Vincent Zhong plays Resident Evil on the iPhone 15 Pro using an external monitor and it looks shockingly good. Video is in Chinese but there are English subs. youtu.be/Gy8lBdDpDrI?si=cB8Z…

Ubisoft CONFIRMS they will delete your account & purchased games if you go inactive for too long!!!
Ubisoft.. WTF?! Another example of why I'm becoming more & more concerned with the death of physical games.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
While true, it is important to note that Ubisoft may be legally required to close inactive accounts under data protection laws like GDPR if a player's data is deemed no longer necessary.
They've previously stated accounts aren't deleted if inactive for under 4 years.

* People ask LLMs to write code
* LLMs recommend imports that don't actually exist
* Attackers work out what these imports' names are, and create & upload them with malicious payloads

A problem with AI is there is not yet a _cultural_ understanding with it to inform the public. It's great at some stuff, sucks at others, and initial basic attempts will often be impressive before you endeavor into exploiting it.
This is a drawing of a crocodile on description.

Mom missed an emergency call from my aunt because she doesn't answer the phone because of scam callers because we ceded out critical communication infrastructure to bad actors because everybody just kind of decided this is okay.

From being headlined at WWDC by Federighi to being unfairly defamed by the CEO of the company you built your entire business on, this is no doubt a wild week for @ChristianSelig. Kudos on bringing the receipts, and screw Steve Huffman and Reddit. reddit.com/r/apolloapp/comme…
