The #Chargers are hiring their former Pro Bowl center Nick Hardwick as their assistant offensive line coach, sources say.
Hardwick, who played 11 seasons in San Diego, kicks off his NFL coaching career in LA after serving as an assistant coach for Westfield (Ind.) High School.
SB strategy:
-1st half just keep the score within 1 possession w/o showing all your cards.
-Longer half time gives teams plenty of time to adjust.
-Save your good stuff for after the half and make them adjust under pressure on the sidelines.
-Get the ball 2nd in OT.
