I first pointed out the missing horizontal stabilizer yesterday. Here is a larger photo. Note that the electrical utility pole is behind the jet and is clearly visible. The vertical stabilizer is clearly visible. The horizontal stabilizer is gone.

Look carefully at the empennage (tail) of the Learjet. The horizontal stabilizer appears to be missing! The airframe may have exceeded design limits and the stab broke off. Unsurvivable with no pitch control w/ no horizontal stab/elevator. Crew had reported icing and turbulence.
