We currently have exciting opportunities across our Product and Technology functions. 1. Product Manager - Fraud Prevention & Security You'll drive the development of systems that protect our financial ecosystem against fraud and financial crime. This includes building fraud detection mechanisms, refining risk-scoring models and automating AML and transaction monitoring processes. Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, preferably within fintech. 2. Product Manager - Lending & Credit You'll shape and drive our digital lending products, focusing on automated loan processing, credit scoring, intelligent collections and scalable lending solutions that improve customer experience and business performance. Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, preferably within fintech. 3. Product Manager - MFB You'll drive the development and delivery of our digital banking products, including payments, loans, fixed deposits and customer onboarding, while ensuring seamless integration with our core banking systems. Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, preferably in banking, microfinance or fintech. 4. Product Manager - SISL UK You'll lead product development and delivery for our UK lending business, coordinating the adaptation of existing technology, broker onboarding workflows, credit underwriting and regulatory requirements. Experience: 2+ years in digital lending, credit product management or fintech. 5. Product Manager Intern An opportunity for an aspiring product professional to gain hands-on experience supporting product operations, conducting user acceptance testing, investigating product issues and documenting workflows, with an initial focus on our Loans & Credit squad. Experience: 0–1 year. Open to recent graduates and final-year students. 6. Product Designer You'll translate complex financial products and customer needs into intuitive, accessible and engaging digital experiences across our mobile and web platforms. You'll also work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring ideas to life. Experience: 2+ years in Product Design. 7. UX Writer You'll shape the voice of our products by creating clear, engaging and user-friendly content across our digital platforms. You'll simplify complex product information, develop interface copy and create helpful user and internal documentation. Experience: 2+ years in UX Writing, Technical Writing or Content Design.
