Some people head to a warm beach this time of year. Not me. I head north. Always to the water. Because I love the great outdoors (from the warmth and comfort of the indoors). #BlueMind

Beautiful sky this evening over a beautiful city. #Toronto

Checked off the most important item on my holiday to-do list this aft w/ a quick visit to @CanadasLifeline. Donated some O- & picked up some pretzels & apple juice. A fair exchange. Lots of appts still open. Consider making a donation if you can. #CanadasLifeline #UniversalDonor

As in person meetings resume I’m pretty pleased to say I successfully navigated Toronto’s PATH today and didn’t get lost once even tho it seems many old landmarks are gone. The meeting and the view were worth it.

Ever been in a meeting that is like shadow boxing? One party shows up ready for a fight but no one else can figure out what the fight is about.

A yr ago a colleague on the other side of the 🌎 asked me abt fibre bread tags as an alternative to plastic. I said we don’t have them in 🇨🇦. Shortly after I started hearing from companies here that they were in development. This week I got one. #LittleChangesBigImpact

This award recently arrived in the mail and makes a beautiful addition to the @FHCP_PASC office. Very proud of the work we are doing, together with members and partners, on sustainability programs and policies to advance a circular economy.

The journey: a spectacular drive through Muskoka to see the turned leaves before they fall. The destination? Always making it to the water. #SelfCare #BlueMind
Over the top of the autumn leaves is Lake Rosseau.

Not the Thanksgiving we had planned on. 2 1/2 years of precautions, vaccinations, masks, avoiding gatherings. And here we are. The kid is sick.

It was my pleasure to moderate a panel discussion today at @cdnstewardship exploring #ExtendedProducerResponsibility with new/transitioning Producer Responsibility Organizations, @CircMaterials @rysesolutions @eTracksTMS and EEQ (@nphilcantin). A moderator’s view.

Fair to say people are eager to meet in person. Very fair to say there is considerable momentum and focus on #CircularEconomy and #ExtendedProducerResponsibility. Day 1 of the @cdnstewardship
