Folks! I have a few spots remaining on my fall coaching roster before the holidays.
Training, nutrition, accountability. Built around your actual life, not a 30 day challenge.
If you’ve been waiting to start, don’t wait for January. This client didn't - and he lost 40lbs in 12 weeks.
DMs are open🥇
Folks! Let’s talk peptides. They’re all the rage in the health space right now. You’ve probably seen them around, or even have a family member on a GLP-1 (yep, those are peptides too).
I’ve spent a lot of time digging into them over the last year. There’s a ton of noise out there, so here are my top 3 recommendations:
1. Most peptides have very limited human trial data. Know what you’re getting into before adding anything to your health stack.
2. Find a doctor who actually knows this space. The GP you’ve seen for 20 years probably doesn’t. Happy to share a few names I like.
3. If your doctor prescribes a peptide, it should come from a licensed pharmacy, and you should still know how to read the COA (Certificate of Analysis). Here’s what I look for:
• An independent third-party lab
• A batch or lot number that matches your vial
• Purity of 98% or higher (HPLC testing)
• Identity confirmed by mass spec, so you know it’s the right compound
• Endotoxin and sterility testing for anything injectable
• A recent test date
Peptides are a tool, not a shortcut. If your sleep, training, and nutrition aren’t dialed in, no vial is going to fix that.

That's a backbreaker. Uconn got hot at the right time. Rebounding needs to be way better. Non-Fears lineups still looking around trying to find the guy to go get a bucket. It's Oct 20th. All of these things can and will improve. Enjoy an exhibition and most importanly enjoy Arbys
Jasiah Jervis is gonna end up playing a whoooole bunch of minutes this season and it's up to the upperclassmen to match his energy
About what you'd expect from an exhibition game. Pretty disconnected offense while the defense kept this one from getting out of hand. Fears should be better in 2H. Loved the minutes from Jesse McCullough. Have to think he'll continue to carve out more and more minutes.
Jesse McCullough does so many little things right on the basketball court. His hustle now matching his skillset.
Some brutal minutes from Bonke. Needs to be way, way tougher on the block. Brother you are 7'1 nobody on this planet should be pushing you around
Kevin Huerter out here playing hoops like this and you expect me to believe he’ll be here after the deadline?
I had five or six clients last year mention that navigating the holidays have always been a struggle for them. They'd be on a diet or a workout plan that'd go sideways with travel, more food, and schedules that no longer match up.
That's a big reason why I'm offering a few additional slots for my holiday season. My program allows for those family meals (pie!) and connections while remaining in line with your larger goals.
Start today, and by January 1 you’re 10 weeks in. Habits built. Holidays handled. Already moving while everyone else is buying gym memberships.
Start January 1, and you’re on day one with everyone else, hoping this time sticks.

People have been telling me Jordan Love is an elite quarterback for years and I still don’t believe them because of throws like that
Had 24hrs to sit with that MSU loss yesterday and I still believe in Pat Fitzgerald. Two brutal gut punch losses in as many weeks and it’s easy to say this isn’t going to work out. I see it differently. I saw a team missing their best players handle a good team for 90% of that game. The last thing to come is to learn how to finish and win.
Anyone remember that 2021 Lions team? Inexperienced team. In every ball game late and then they’d come up short. Again and again. But those aren’t wasted reps if, and only if, you have a coach that can harness it. MSU has that guy in Fitz.
