maybe reviewers wouldnt be complaining about how boring and distracting the flashback scenes in whalefall are if they had actually bothered to adapt them properly and not like a dumbed down hallmark movie

sorry im becoming that guy with seeing people defend the movie and its emotional core when the only thing they adapted well WAS the whale survival scenes and every flashback was doodoo garbage
