I have been thinking about how we communicate with people who share extreme views. The natural reaction is to argue or dismiss them entirely. This rarely works and often makes the problem worse. The path forward requires patience and genuine curiosity. When we listen without judgment, we create space for dialogue. People change their minds when they feel heard, not when they feel attacked. Social media algorithms push us toward outrage and division. These systems profit from keeping us angry and separated. The result is a society where extreme voices get the most attention. We are at a crossroads where understanding matters more than being right. The future depends on our ability to bridge divides rather than deepen them.

"The ego divides us—'I’m right, you’re wrong.' Einstein said, 'We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.' Let’s pause, listen, and see beyond 'us vs. them.' As Rumi reminds us, 'Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.'

Political violence has no place in this country. We must condemn this horrifying attack. My thoughts are with Charlie Kirk and his family.

Why we built DevSwarm: Single-agent coding feels like bottleneck coding. We wanted a way to run Claude Code, Q, Codex, Gemini, etc. together…without collisions or chaos. #AIForDevelopers

Coding is about speed without sacrifice. “Moving fast” often means cutting corners. Correctness slips, quality/security drops, but that’s not how we build. @devswarm_ai is about velocity and correctness. Launch is in 4 days: Mon, Sept 8. Follow @devswarm_ai to see it first.

A Bill Gates backed company is now producing butter with no animals, no plants, and no oils — it’s made from carbon. The company is working with restaurants, bakeries, and food suppliers to incorporate their carbon-made butter. Mainstream media reports it has the “blessing and backing of Bill Gates.”

We're here right now on the Gaza's border, carrying bags of flour. The police & army can arrest us as much as they want, we will not stop fighting against the starvation & against the annihilation. Mohammed's father was killed in Gaza while waiting for food & he's here fighting.

Our North Star is that the weight and worth of every citizen's vote should be equal. The legal definition of one person, one vote. Gerrymandering only works in a polarized two party system. Voting method reform is the key to changing that. Eliminate vote-splitting. Stop gerrymandering.
This moment requires us to be prepared to fight fire with fire — and we won't hesitate to act if Texas Republicans move ahead with this ridiculous power grab.

STAR Voting is all about the idea that we should be able to vote our conscience, our votes should never be wasted, and our elections should accurately reflect the will of the people.

We have become disconnected from the natural world that sustains us. Our days unfold in artificial environments, surrounded by synthetic materials and digital distractions. We consume entertainment about dystopian futures while losing touch with the living systems that make our existence possible. This disconnection has consequences beyond personal wellbeing. When we cannot feel our relationship to nature, we struggle to understand our impact on it. The destruction of ecosystems becomes abstract. Climate change becomes a distant concept rather than a lived reality. Nature teaches us fundamental lessons about balance, cycles, and interconnection. Trees communicate through root networks. Ecosystems regenerate after disturbance. Life finds ways to adapt and thrive. These are not metaphors but practical wisdom. Reconnecting with nature is essential for human flourishing. The regenerative economy will eventually grow larger than the extractive one. Companies that understand their role as stewards of natural systems will outperform those that treat the planet as a resource to be consumed. We are at the beginning of a beautiful period where technology and nature work together rather than in opposition. Biomimicry inspires breakthrough innovations. Living buildings purify air and water. Urban forests cool cities and restore biodiversity. The time has come to step outside, breathe deeply, and remember our place in the web of life. We can make this world as beautiful as we want, but first we must reconnect with the beauty that already surrounds us. You can start now. Establish a daily nature practice that grounds you in the natural world. Identify patterns in your daily life that disconnect you from natural rhythms and cycles. Reflect on how your work and consumption choices impact the natural world around you. Plan for bringing nature-based solutions into your professional and community life. Set up a monthly routine to share these insights with colleagues, friends, or community groups, creating ripple effects of environmental awareness. This leadership helps build the collective shift toward a more connected society. The time is now.

Please read this 3-0 ruling written by Reagan appointee Harvie Wilkinson, one of the US's most respected conservative judges, a defender of executive power. It excoriates the Trump Admin's ignoring of the 9-0 SCOTUS order requiring it to "facilitate" Abrego Garcia's release.👇
