I have been experimenting with PH dye and an electric PH tester designed for pools to try and measure my blessed water. This was going to be my method for certifying every batch I make so that I could sell it in Australia.

It was a failure because even though I was using 1000v from a mosquito swatter, there was no consistently different PH level. Unless I am doing this wrong, I believe the production of C02 during electrolysis is what really changes the PH of the BW using the cabbage method.
