WHY I’M RUNNING FOR CALIFORNIA STATE SENATE
MY VISION FOR CALIFORNIA
I have no intention of being a legislator that does nothing. I welcome everyone UP THERE to join me and be a part of a broad coalition that is willing to work hard, call out EVERYONE that is a part of the problem and design a plan that gets ACTUAL RESULTS. That’s how I did business in the private sector beginning in sales, that in time built up a business as a visionary entrepreneur and conquered an industry at an executive level. Now I get the opportunity to do this, make California better than it’s been – one win at a time.
California is too expensive for a decent family or a young couple with a meager salary to live. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to find a job. Once you do find a job, there’s no guarantee that it will last. Every other day our favorite venues realize they can’t afford to stay in business. They close-up shopand cut jobs that never come back.
Crime has run rampant in California. We’ve all watched the “Smash and Grab” operations, COMMITTED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. Our current Governor-in-Thief, Newsom has done nothing. In fact, he literally fought AGAINST the effort to increase penalties, catch these thieves and hold them accountable.
The Democrats in charge are a Den of Thieves - these criminals stick together
Trans-Drug “THERAPY” for our kids paid for by our tax-dollars?!
By order of Newsom and School Administrators teachers were told not to share information with parents, that's crazy.
(It’s not therapy). I call it what it is, it’s CHILD ABUSE and pure evil.
Gavin Newsom AND School Administrators STOLE the authority to hide all this information from parents – responsible parents are the only people that should have the authority and right to make these decisions and raise their children, NOT the State! If there are exceptions to the rule they shouldn’t dictate public policy. Newsom has placed our children in direct, irreparable harm FOR LIFE.
This isn’t just the first time I’ve waded into this conversation.
I have a history of calling these abusive acts of criminal enterprise by administrators, bureaucrats and politicians out on Radio. I hope to get the chance to call them out to their faces.
Sincerely,
Mike Netter

His legal claims comes after county supervisors declined to cover the bills stemming from his taking of more than 650,000 ballots to investigate an alleged vote gap.

Wow
🚨 BREAKING: President Trump reveals the 20,000 noncitizen ballots in California is just ONE BATCH
“I'm not surprised. It could be hundreds of thousands. That was just a batch... California is very corrupt with voting. So is Minnesota!”
Do NOT count a single one of these ballots!
If 20,000 turned up in one batch, how many are sitting in the rest of the state's registrations
Democrats fought DOJ for months over handing over this voter data. Now we know why!

WHOA! One of the men arrested this morning, Hany Malek, has a nearly 2-decade history of fraud!
In 2008 Malek was accused by his business partner, Michael Koshak, of using a network of at least 18 bank accounts, 5 federal tax identification numbers, and 12 names to carry out and conceal fraud involving their medical business, Choice Providers.
After a court-appointed receiver took control of the business, Malek violated the receivership order and was found guilty of 10 counts of contempt, receiving a sentence of 50 days in jail, $10,000 in fines, and payment of the receiver’s attorney fees. The trial judge also ordered him to return approximately $1.7 million, including interest, based on findings that he had diverted business funds, including by selling receivables.

Gavin Newsom has faced the “worst governor” label before, though no single authoritative study has crowned him worst in American history. The claim ties to a recurring strand of criticism built on specific, checkable numbers from his time in Sacramento.
A 2022 Fiscal Policy Report Card on America’s Governors, published by the Cato Institute and authored by Chris Edwards, ranked Newsom as the nation’s second-worst governor on fiscal policy, behind only Washington’s Jay Inslee.
California Senate Republicans have compiled their own list of grievances. They say Newsom’s administration spent $37 billion in taxpayer money on homelessness over six years even as California became the nation’s homeless capital, while the state’s unemployment agency was reportedly defrauded of an estimated $33 billion during pandemic-era payouts.
Newsom has also drawn fire for abandoning a pledge to end homelessness made during his time as San Francisco mayor, and for California racking up nearly $20 billion in federal unemployment insurance debt after choosing not to pay it off during a budget surplus, according to the Senate Republican caucus.
The picture at home is more mixed than “worst ever” suggests. A Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies poll found his approval rating among California voters had sunk to 44 percent by late October, an 11-point drop from February’s 55 percent, with 49 percent disapproving.
Nationally, Newsom’s numbers have moved the other way. An Emerson College Polling survey in December found he held a 47 percent job approval rating against 39 percent disapproval, his highest net approval of the year, and a majority of voters, 52 percent, viewed him favorably overall.
Supporters and critics remain sharply split on his record, with no consensus ranking settling the debate.
How do you feel?

These California highways are most at risk of flooding during El Niño storms
SFO, the Bay Bridge, Highway 101 and other critical infrastructure in California are vulnerable to “exceptional” flooding and erosion this winter, according to a new report
Steve Hilton’s plan for California is no state income tax on the first $150,000 of earnings. The graphic’s conclusion is that the state cannot afford another four years of Democratic control. The tax change is a campaign proposal. It is not enacted law and it carries no guaranteed savings figure.
California’s high taxes, housing costs, and outward migration are the backdrop. Hilton is offering a concrete threshold: the first $150,000 stays untaxed at the state level. That structure would leave more money with middle-income households and change the incentive to leave. The broader claim is that continued one-party governance produces the conditions that make the tax cut necessary. Four more years, in this framing, means four more years of the same trajectory.
Voters can weigh the proposal against the record. No state income tax on the first $150,000 is the specific offer. The judgment that California cannot absorb another Democratic term is the political conclusion attached to it. Neither claim has been tested by passage or by an election result yet.

In 2020, I was told “what can you do, you are just a mom and construction law attorney. A no one. You aren’t connected. No one knows you.”
I responded, “I know what I will do if I don’t try. I will do nothing.”
I saved my daughter and then I have worked 24/7 for 5 years straight with not one pay check.
I have been published in multiple papers, been in films and written multiple bills and even a federal one. I don’t ask you to do as I do.
All I ask for you is to fill out some circles with a blue or black pen and vote Republican.
Politicians only care about keeping their seats. If you keep electing Democrats, you are telling them that you are happy with men is women spaces, children being chopped up, and schools trans’ing kids.
Fill the damn ballot in and get your in.
Please don’t come crying to me for help, when you can’t do the minimum. Vote.
