Clause 11.3 prohibits partners from offering any inducement to customers, including cashback, rebates, discounts or commission pass-throughs, without our prior written authorisation. Your website currently uses incentives to drive sales. Under Clause 11.4 and Clause 7.9, commission on referrals arising from incentivised traffic is not payable, and we are entitled to withhold or deny it. As for the giveaways, giveaway accounts are a discretionary benefit and not an entitlement under the agreement (Clause 6.10). FundedNext may grant, condition or withhold them at its sole discretion. This is not simply a case of "pending giveaway accounts." Both Geeta Devi and BossMan appear in our internal investigation for copy-trading activity linked to accounts associated with your network. Clause 10.1 prohibits multi-account stacking, artificial referral chains and coordination of this kind, and Clause 7.9 excludes self-referrals and related-party referrals. Presenting accounts connected to your own network as independent giveaway winners is an abuse of the giveaway system, and you are aware of the circumstances surrounding these accounts. Under Clauses 10.3 and 18.4, we may hold payments and benefits while the investigation continues. You are free to raise concerns about FundedNext, but under Clause 16.1 any public statement must not be misleading, and the full context should be presented when doing so.
